For the last 3 years I've been having a BIG problem with my sweet tooth late at night.
There's times I've woken in the morning with chocolate wrappers all over my night stand.
These are the culprits

Lately though, I've been feasting on a yogurt instead

It seems to have curbed my chocolate addiction.
