Still having coolshader problems!!

Has anyone been successful in removing this yet? I'm starting to feel a little desperate...not to mention "vulnerable"!!! ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

You're not being ignored, CluelessT ... I imagine most of the tech-types are busy right now with SASSER infections. I'll try to get to your log later today, if I can.
