Does anyone know how people are able to use the snap program to get the free laptop and phone service?
I see people on google talking about taking trips by being rewarded for using food stamps but I am confused how this is done, anyone know?

http://foodstamps.boards.net says you can get a free laptop and free wifi service depending upon which state you live in. That's what I wanted to know more about but there doesn't seem to be much posted nor can I find stuff on google about people talking about getting them.
Saving $30+ a month in wifi service would help.
