Lived in my villa for 16 yes lost my job and a divorce I'm the owner after missing my job I could not make the mortgage on my own plus cc from myhusband, I decided to get a roommate no lease.this yYuri did a bankruptcy last month vacated the property and my roommate stayed she was supposed to pay the association and she is not. Association wants their money I had call bank telling them property is vacant new I find out she is still living there no plans to move what can the bank or I do to make her pay or evict her need help please

This is what lawyers are for. Go to one in your state (? province? country? A2K is international and we have no idea where you are) and talk to them about your options.
