Here is the result of my "hijackthis" scan. Can anyone help me fix this and explain it in a way that I'll understand?????

This is a resource hog, I'd not run it (but it should be safe to do so).

Get rid of these. Some are not spyware but could have been corrupted.

Get rid of these, the microsoft money option is probably safe but it's a sure thing that removing it is safe so I recommend it.
