Does this form protect artist's copyrights? If I post my poems, do I retain all copyrights?
I looked at the FAQ page and did not see copyrights.

In my understanding, everything you write is copyrighted the second you put it down on paper. When you post, you don't need to include any notice that it is indeed copyrighted, because it already is. However, it's always good to do it because some people are not aware of that.
If you want to get your writings published one day, I'd advise you look further into it. Most editors only buy the first publishing rights, and posting your work on the internet counts as publishing. I heard that there's an exception if you are posting in writing groups for criticism though, but I'm not sure.
Glad that I found this thread. It answers a lot of questions that I have been concerned with for some time. Just make certain that the work is your own.
I would like to hear more about this subject.
