Isass.exe is a file that a virus (OPTIX PRO TROJAN) adds to your computer. Run a search for it and delete it.

It's urgent that you do so because it allows hackers to control your computer remotely.

After doing so update your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

Do you mean LSASS.exe? If that is the case, try rebooting with the F8 key down and select Last Known Good Configuration.

LSASS seems to have a vulnerability. See the following.

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS04-011.mspx

The next is about a worm named WORM_SASSER.A related with the vulnerability.

Lsass.exe is a windows file.
isass.exe comes with some variants of a trojan.

As to whether or not norton will catch it, you need to make sure to update the virus definitions if it is to have a shot. These are very new ones.
