My house is paid for. I want to sell it By Owner"
It is in a very desireable location - lakefront. But the house is big and old, so the value is in the property. It will be sold "as is."
I am getting pressured by reals estate agent that tell me I need them to sell my home. I am offering a 1.5% buyers agent fee. Of coure they are insulted by this low %.
Anyone ever done it by themselves?
