I recently bought new x12's and my friends can hear a very annoying, loud buzzing. I am using a wired controller, so I tried plugging my Turtle Beaches into the wall using a USB adapter and turning vibration off but it didn't stop the humming. I tried to push the jack in in case it was loose but that didn't work either! Do I need to buy a new controller? If yes, should I get a wired or wireless?

Have you tried re-syncing it?
Have you tried calling Turtle Beach? They have really good customer service. I've dealt with them a few times and they've always been great.
In my opinion, wireless is the way to go with just about anything.
