Wow! You may not have it all but you've got a lot. Along with general adware/spyware, you seem to have the Belt Trojan, as well. This is what I'd recommend, if you still need work after following Craven's advice. First, Disable System Restore (Note: you will lose your previous restore points). Now, go directly to Direct Download of Stinger from Network Associates, download it to a folder of its own on your C: drive, then go directly to Direct Download of CoolWebShredder, download it to a folder of its own on your C: drive, then disconnect from the internet. Do not run either one yet. With no other apps running or windows open, have HiJackThis fix the items marked below in red (I'm sure I missed some, and some already will have been fixed through Craven's instructions, but this is a start).

Now, while still disconnected from the internet, find the appropriate folder, run Stinger, reboot, then find the appropriate folder, run CoolwebShredder, then reboot. With no other apps running or windows open, run HiJackThis again, then connect to the internet and post the new log here. There will be files and folders to find and delete, but I think it best to try to clean up as much as possible first.
