No, this is not an example of a strawman. A strawman is when you say that your opponent is making a point (or an argument) that in fact she is not making.
I am accusing you and Moment of throwing around statistics that you haven't backed up with any reputable study (or any study at all). This is something that in fact you are doing.
So this is not a straw man argument.
