I'm thinking Ebert and Roeper would be sitting on their thumbs.

Probably not, LW. I'm most familiar with Lansdale's short stories and novellas. I liked the writing here, as a Tarantino-esque tribute to really horrid movies. Tarantino brings it to the screen, and Lansdale writes. I'm looking forward to next week's review on the Lansdale site.
