Need help to I.D 70's surrealist poster. Dominique Appia?

Can anyone help me to identify the artist of a 70s surrealist poster that I once owned?

I don't know the name of the artist or the original painting, so I will describe it as best I can. It was very much in the style of Rene Magritte, Dominique Appia.

The colour painting depicts a leafy conservatory garden framed by old leather bound books on all sides. There was a white wrought iron table and chairs in the garden and a black & white tiled floor.

It's as if you're looking through an old library, take out some books and see into a secret garden.

I've attached a rough sketch of what I remember it looking like:

I hope someone can help and thank you for any assistance!

I don't think this photo is the one, but maybe the painting was based on it

@Romeo Fabulini,
Thanks for the reply Romeo! That photo certainly is the basic composition of the painting. To give you more of an idea, I've attached links to two Dominique Appia paintings - the poster I'm looking for is like a cross between these two pictures -

So crazy that it's not Appia - It's so similar to his work but I can't find the painting so it must be someone else.

I bought the original poster when I was living in a little town in Australia, so it must be a fairly famous European surrealism painting/ poster to have made it that far!
