Greetings All,

The wife downloaded a program from the interent-
It did not properly load and we now get an error message at boot up.

"Error Loading UDConn.DDL.
The Specified Module Could not be Found."

-I get the same error when trying to Remove the Program from Add/ Remove.
-I deleted all the directories I could find from the C Drive- but still get the error and the program still shows in the Add/Remove Menu.

Please Help!!
Thanks
Rob

Deleting directories of programs will almost always screw things up. Now you'll need to enter the registry and fix it manually.

If you have system restore available, use it.

I think probably the best thing to do in such an instance would be to re-install the the program, then use "uninstall" from Add/Remove programs, followed by a search=and-delete of related files and folders.

If you are running Xp you can try restoring you computer to a earlier date. From START Menue, Go to Accessories, System Tools, then System Restore.
