I think I am getting all of my emails as I have checked every folder. Yet when I go into "deleted items" , I am seeing emails that I have never received. Is there something I am missing here? Thanks, Bill

You've probably hit some setting where your spam folder doesn't exist, or it's disabled or it is on some timer to be routinely emptied, and your blacklist emails are going directly to the deleted items folder.

Yes you have to check the settings of email and if there are some check box where you are checking the email which is goes to the deleted items.
