Paola - just check with bermbits. If bermbits doesn't mind, then just keep your present avatar. If so, then there are lots and lots to choose from. Don't go nuts trying to figure out if someone's already picked it. If they have, and if it's important to them, they'll tell you.

Paola- Please don't do without. I find that after awhile, I recognize people by their avatar, not their name. Just change your avatar.

Here are two articles about avatars. Please read them in order.The easiest way to change the avatar, is to simply choose another one from the gallery. If you want something different, you can capture it, if you upload it to another site first, like Raven's Realm.

You cannot, for now, upload a picture directly from your hard drive. If you have any problems, let me know, and I'll be happy to walk you thru it.
