In lower case format how could a 'p', with one stroke, become a 'b' - or am I reading too much into the question? In upper or lower case format an 'o' could become a 'q'? Still pondering thanks.

A girls name beginning with T could easily become a boys name beginning with I with one short stroke of a pen. Great question though!
