another coolshader victim - HijackThis log posted

Please help me!

I am pretty inexperienced with computers, so let me know if more info is needed to fix this problem.

My computer was just infected with something that causes two pop-ups to appear on my taskbar when I open Internet Explorer. One is linked to "c.coolshader.com", and the other to something like "windows.dll" (didn't quite get it down). The coolshader window sets my entire screen white when clicked upon, and I can only close it with Alt-F4.

I have also noticed that new IE windows (even those I intentionally open) now appear very small. Is this a related problem?

I ran the newest versions of Symantec Antivirus, Ad-aware, and Bazooka, and none found any problems.
