So then who can do what is right by everone?

You can't.
Humans are a pain in the arse and we'd be better off without them.
There is no right and there is no wrong in an absolute sense so you just have to go with what most of the people want.
And most of the people want him dead.
End of story.
Shoot him in the head on international live TV and you'll have a lot of happy people with something interesting to discuss over their dinners.

Oh and there's no such thing as a fair trial either.

Will he not soil himself by being the judge? Will he not rather forgive?

Anyone who takes the power can be the judge. It's got nothing to do with any so-called 'moral high ground'. Judges are just the representatives of those in power. They are not there for justice. They are there to carry out the actions that lead to the maintenence of the status-quo.

And forgiveness solves nothing. It does not help people and it does nothing to further progress of the human spirit.
Basically forgiveness is a way of allowing the most degenerate and disgusting elements of society to keep walking around.
They need to be cut out so the rest of the organism can survive and be healthier.
