Welcome pizza. I can't find a song called Rain that Norah Jones has recorded. Do you know any of the lyrics?

Are you talking about this one?

September in the Rain (Harry Warren - Al Dubin)

The leaves of brown came tumblin' down, remember
That September in the rain
The sun went out just like a dying ember
That September in the rain

To every word of love I heard you whisper
All the raindrops seemed to play a sweet refrain

Though spring is here, to me it's still September
That September in the rain

The leaves of brown came tumblin' down, remember
That September in the rain
The sun went out just like a dying ember
That September in the rain

To every word of love I heard you whisper
All the raindrops seemed to play a sweet refrain

Though spring is here, to me it's still September
That September in the rain
That September in the rain

Norah Jones- Rain
I think it is an older song. Found it by chance. The refrain goes something like

Strange how hard it rains now
Rows and rows of big dark clouds
And I'm holing on underneath this shroud

Here you go, pizza. It's listed all over Google as a Patty Griffin song, but I wouldn't doubt that Norah Jones has sung it too.

Rain

It's hard to listen to a hard hard heart
Beating close to mine
Pounding up against the stone and steel
Walls that I won't climb
Sometimes a hurt is so deep deep deep
You think that you're gonna drown
Sometimes all I can do is weep weep weep
With all this rain falling down

Strange how hard it rains now
Rows and rows of big dark clouds
But I'm holding on underneath this shroud
Rain

It's hard to know when to give up the fight
Some things you want will just never be right
It's never rained like it has to night before
Now I don't wanna beg you baby
For something maybe you could never give
I'm not looking for the rest of your life
I just want another chance to live

Strange how hard it rains now
Rows and rows of big dark clouds
But I'm holding on underneath this shroud
Rain

Strange how hard it rains now
Rows and rows of big dark clouds
But I'm still in love on underneath this shroud
Rain

I became a member here looking for information on this very problem. I thought it was Norah Jones, but after further research, this track is DEFINITELY not Norah Jones, but in fact it is Patty Griffin.
