I had to ask a neighbor for paper lawn bags. I did not understand what the fuss was about.

@Wally Tea,
Chai is beside herself trying to keep Wally and Roberto separated, and it's all about bags for grass clippings. It's a very sensitive issue.

@Equestrianforlife7xo,
Just ask the guy the same question you've asked us. He should be an expert on the subject having worked with them for months now.

"Hey dude, are construction workers easy to talk to?"

Any answer he gives will lead you into further conversation.

I'm in panic mode now! Handsome barman is due to start his shift in ten minutes, but I'm dying for a number two.....what should I do?

I blame all that bratwurst!

@Lordyaswas,
Not out working today? The construction workers here have a day off from what I saw, no trucks in the parking lot and no guys out working. Waaaay too cold.

Wally, this will help you communicate with Roberto:
"Por favor Roberto, puedes ir al vecino para coger unas bolsas de papel?
"Roberto, please go to the neighbor's and get me some paper sacks"

@Equestrianforlife7xo,
I don't know horse-rider.
I think you've stumbled on an FBI surveillance team.
Like ehbeth said and I experienced ...construction dudes don't quit working 'cause its cold.

@panzade,
Can we refer to myself as "Saira" from now on? That's my real name.

And really? That's odd. I drive by their construction everyday and the parking lot where their whole team of trucks parks. Did not see one truck in that lot parked. Nor did I see any guys out working on site...

@Equestrianforlife7xo,
I'm so sick of these "Jump In My Truck Baby" songs sung by kids in ball caps.
Like Luke Bryan's "That's My Kind Of Night and Jason Aldean anything.

@Rockhead,
I knew it! He's been out while it was raining, but as for the frigid cold, there's not one construction worker in site.

@Rockhead,
When it rains...yes
When I was running a framing crew I would draw a "rain turtle" and tell the guys"ten drops in five seconds and we wrap it up"

But cold? nah
I remember one time I was forming concrete on the 27th story of a high-rise in Wash DC and the temperature was wind-chill -15 and OSHA showed up, did an inspection and said "Carry on"

It's all a matter of where you are geographically
