PLEASE help me get rid of Offeroptimizer spyware!

Hi - I am having this problem on my computer. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of it?

I already ran Ad Aware and CWShredder and it's still not gone. I ran a search on my computer for the cookie and I found it and deleted it.

lrmaverick, hijackers commonly hide files which allow them to rebuild themselves if their more visible components are found and deleted. Getting rid of them for good rarely is a simple "Magic Bullet" deal.

What is done to counter yuckware depends for success entirely on the manner and order in which it is done. "Read, understand, and follow all instructions" is always good advice..
