You can't use the truncated/shortened urls given in say Twitter feeds, etc... in the code modifiers.

You have to use the urls provided by Youtube itself:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TzHrqDQ1OJM&feature=youtu.be

On my PC the URL is: http://youtu.be/TzHrqDQ1OJM

I dont know where U got the larger URL

You have to click on that given url and go straight to the Youtube site and when you get there, use the new and longer url in your browser.

These shortened urls also are the ones sent via the Youtube share via email versions and I bet that's the one you originally got and method of receiving (via email) the initial truncated url. AKA don't use the url given to you from the email message.
