Unlawfully Facebook deactivate a account

Why do you say "unlawfully"? There is no law in any country that says Facebook cannot delete or deactivate an account.

Facebook can do anything it likes to the status of accounts on their site. If you don't like that, don't use Facebook.

You'll find that most websites can and do the same thing with the status of accounts and visitors on their websites too.

It is one of the few ways website admins have to deal with relentless spammers.
