Sounds like it was an ad. Most of those things are lead-ons to get you to click so they can put some sort of malware on your computer.

It looked really legitimate.

I clicked on "my posts" to update any replies and it moved me over to a new window with a very official looking "take our quick survey" spiel and I scratched my head.

I was going to copy it off and post it here when it suddenly vanished.

It was very odd.

Those are never legit.

I live by the following 2 rules....

Never, never, never shake a baby

Never click on a Win an iPd survey link.

What's the cheapest way I can mail them $50 so I can claim my prize?

The cheapest way I can think is send it via bottle as in message in a bottle. Recycle a used wine bottle. Don't forget to add a note with the Nigerian address on it and secure the note INSIDE of the bottle. I'm sure if the bottle goes off course, any person finding the bottle with the $50 in will eagerly send both the bottle, the money, and the note to the correct address.

Even better, you can send the $50 to me, and I'll make sure it gets fowarded properly.
