Can one object to the extension of time to file answer after order has been granted by the clerk of court?
Probably not since there has been a valid reason for the extension to be granted in the first place.
The reason may seem silly or manipulative, but the time to argue was at the hearing for the request, not afterwards.
@PUNKEY,
There was never a hearing. I guess court used its discretion per Rule 6 of NC Rules of Civil Procedures.
