Took me a few days but I got them all. The idea is that you have to choose the particular set of moves that gives all black tiles, but it doesn't matter what order you do those moves in--and as a result, to get the perfect score you should never click the same dot twice.

The big trick to it, though, is that once you pick the correct dots in the first row, you're set! All you have to do then is (going left to right and top to bottom) click only those dots that have a white dot in the space directly above them. Try it, it works!

So if you want the solution, here are the dots to pick in the first row of each of the puzzles, where I've just assigned numbers left to right starting with 1:

3x3: 1, 3
4x4: 2
5x5: 1, 3, 4
6x6: 1, 3, 4, 6
7x7: 1, 2, 4, 6, 7
8x8: 1, 2, 7, 8
