Hi all,
May I ask how I can discharge a contract? For instance I purchase something online and I go to the shop. However,the seller can't give me the item and refuse to refund me the money.
Should I go to the court and file a claim or make a police report?

Why can't the seller give you the item? Did you use a credit card, paypal or a debit card to buy the item. What is the store's policy on refunds?
Did you try to work with the seller on a solution? I would try that before going to any court. I'm not sure what you think a police report would accomplish. It sounds like a civil matter.
