The things I want I haven't got like a house and wife and bed

Sung in the late 50s by whom?

David Seville. It was his follow-up to Alvin and the Chipmunks.

When I see my baby in motion
What do I see?

The title of the song is what he sees.

A wave out on the ocean never could move that way
I love every movement
There's nothing I would change
She doesn't need improving
Much too nice to rearrange

When I see my chicken
What do I see
Poultry
Poultry in motion

Is that it?

Hi JoeNation.....

LOL.... "Poultry in Motion", by Phil Alexander....

edgar, that's the one I found, too!!

Poultry in motion, but not in motion still
But splattering most on my radiator grille

I love every movement, and every little cluck
Now I amm in torment she's been run over by my truck
Poultry in motion, what I miss the most
A gravy-boat of potion to pour over my roast

cluck,
cluck cluck cluck cluck cluck
cluck cluck cluck cluck cluck

Laughing Laughing

New Question....

here's the lyrics.....

There's a light in the depths
Of your darkness
There's a calm at the eye
Of every storm
There's a light in the depths
Of your darkness
Let it shine
Let it shine
Let it shine
Let it shine

.......name that tune.......

Very Happy

Btw I was looking for Enormity in motion by Ferlin Husky's alterego Simon Crum. ".. Enormity in motion, See her swing and sway, She's bigger than the ocean, so don't get in her way....

Arrow The Simon Crum story is a great sidetale in American Music.

Simon Crum was Ferlin Husky. You may remember that as Ferlin he sang ON THE WINGS OF A DOVE and GONE. He did a comedy routine similar to Sheb Wooley's Ben Colder.

Slim Whitman - a perfect choice!

In country music, the Maddox Brothers had a sister. Name her.
