Is there a way to have retirement deposited the same Date each month?

Nope - it's always the second wed. of the month for me - no matter the calendar date. I don't like it either.

It's always the same numeric day of the month for me, unless that falls on a weekend, and then the check is deposited early.

Call the social security office in your area, and talk with them.
Or look social security up online and see if they explain the choices there.

They started staggering deposits a few years back for any new applicants. I happened to get into the "second Wed" group.

Let us know if you can get it changed. I'd like to have my date changed, too.

It would have been more convenient if they had decided on something predictable like the 1st & 15th of each month, wouldn't it have?
