Surviving spouse living outside USA

I have retired to the Philippines. I receive my SSA benifits through
direct deposit to my US bank account. When I die can my spouse who is not
a US citizen still claim my survivor benefits?

And how would she receive the payments if she has NO US bank acount
for direct deposit. Will the SSA deposit to a foreign bank? Will the
SSA mail a physical check OUTSIDE of the USA?
