File 'AGRSM.sys' on Agere systems

Upon starting my computer I am prompted by a box that says: "The file 'AGRSM.sys' on Agere Systems AC'97 Modem Installation Disk is needed. Type the path where the file is located, and then click OK." How do I get rid of it?
