I was wondering what the specific date was when the Chinese government moved Chinese citizens into Tibet. It would help lots and lots! Thank You!

In AD 641, the king of Tibet married a princess of China's emperor of T'ang Dynasty. The princess is called Wen Cheng Princess, known in China's history. She might be the first Chinese citizen immigrated to Tibet?

Thanks, but I meant when the Chinese actually moved Chinese citizens into Tibet after taking over Tibet. I think it's somewhere in 1999 or 2000, but I would like to know the exact date. Do you guyz have any info on that?
