because of problems with printing from the internet I was advised by the people where I bought my computer that the only cure was to reset internet explorer, which I did, this has cured the problem but in doing so I lost the toolbars I managed to replace a couple of them, but I really need the favourites bar, and I cant find how to get it back, I would be grateful for any advice you may give me, thank you Challie

@Challie,
Have you tried moving your mouse pointer down to the screen portion where the toolbar would be located (between the start button in the lower left corner and the clock in the lower right corner) and then right-clicking your mouse? This will bring up a menu in which one of the choices should be "toolbars." You should be able to restore your missing toolbars by clicking on them in the list of available toolbars.
