yes my landlord is trying to evict me and my other half on the first of june. we do not have a lease although we did keep receipts. I live in las vegas nv. what can we do

You are probably on a month-to-month occupancy, and, assuming the landlord followed the rules, he can evict you regardless of whether you are paying the rent.
