Probably not in most cases. Although there may be slight variations and exceptions to the rule.
In general neurological systems are "wired" similarly in most primates and brain function is similar at the lower levels, so there's no strong reason to suspect that tastes (derived from the same chemical input) are dissimilar in organisms.
In addition to that, qualities of taste are an evolutionary result which helps organisms eat things which are good for them and avoid potentially dangerous ones. The system isn't perfect as evidenced by modern eating habits which favor too much sugar and fat (things which are normally rare in a "wild" environment and therefor should be eaten when available).
Ultimately there is no way to be sure that one organsim's sensory experiences are the same as another, but there are strong physiological reasons to suspect that they are.
