I would normally ignore these spam threads like I would the Wayward Lepers Hospice, but I've got to tell you, the Pune Marriott had the best customer service of any hotel I have ever been and it wasn't even close. It seemed like every single person there knew my name, my favorite food, etc. I saved the note from the Spice Kitchen crew wishing me a happy Holi. The staff at the executive lounge learned I liked cheese cake and started keeping a helping in the 'frig for me every night. The hotel itself was about typical for a high end business hotel, but the service was really a step above.
