splitting a page/sub page

Forgive the lack of correct terms but basically I have a facebook page for me 'stewart' and within that account I have a sub-page(?) called stewart's Cafe.
I can only update the cafe by going through the 'home' page first but the public can find the cafe and post, like etc.
How can I split them to there own unique accounts with there own passwords - but KEEP EVERYTHING INTACT that already exists?
I eventually found the question in the Facebook help section - it was asked 4 months ago and is still waiting for a reply Sad
Hopefully somebody here knows the answer??
Thanks for reading anyway.

Facebook was set up by the CIA, as an information-gathering system.
Good luck with that!
