Real estate porn at its funnest.

Season 2 of that show wasn't in fact finished but cleaved into two parts.
The second half of the season popped up on Netflix last week.



Home in Northeasetern Spain.

In our area, homes are similar in most respects as far as the exterior is concerned. We have done some renovations to our home to make it a little bit larger - by about 100 sq ft. Some have added second floors, but not many. Some expansions are quite large. Some have renovated the interiors of their homes, and I often wonder what they may now look like. When we bought in the mid-1970's, it was just a bedroom community for people working in San Jose and San Francisco, and other close by communities. We are now in the heart of Silicon Valley, and some of the biggest hi tech companies are based in our city and environs. Apple just built a huge campus in our city about 3 miles from where we live. These developments have increased the value of our homes 38 times. We couldn't afford to buy our own home. One of the greatest benefits living here is that Sunnyvale, CA, is considered the safest city in the country.

I worked for Florsheim Shoe Company back in the 1960's, and our offices in Chicago were converted to condos after the company went bankrupt.

Hardly qualifies as real estate porn, given the nature of how much work there needs to be for the asking price of $6M. Explains why it's been empty since at least 2012/13 when I first came across the townhouse on my first visit to the Gowanus Whole Foods (immediately behind the residence).

Still... it's a curiosity that I can't help daydreaming about ... ownership wise. Every since I saw it's freakiness back in 2012/13.

This house is in my town.....was bought by singer Alicia Keys and her family a while ago.

Sorry, but, I think that house is very ugly, and misshaped for practical purposes.
