My friend and i went to the house of some other friends, and as we walked up to the house, their daughter and a friend of hers came running out of the back, skidded to a halt and looked at us for a moment, then screamed at the top of their lungs and ran off into the backyard again. My friend gave me a blank look as asked what that was all about. I assured him that they had just seen two scary monsters, and that their behavior was entirely appropriate.

For those of you interested in this topic who have Netflix there is a good documentary available now called "The War On Kids". I think it's well worth watching.
I have not followed all of it, but just read a Danish paper on Danish statistics on ADD/ADHD
According to the paper - it is a fashion now to digagnostic ADD/ADHD.
It is the medical firms behind it and the doctors to ride on the same fashion wave and we have to be aware of it and fight an unhealthy tendency.
