adding admin to fb page

Fb is not letting me add more admins to my page. I've tried both methods:
a. going through my "new likes" list and clicking "add admin" next to the name of the person I want to make admin.
b. Going to Edit Page->Admin Roles-> and typing the name and/or email of person I would like to add as admin. It's always worked in the past. Now, it doesn't. I even entered my password and security words and clicked save. It still does not work! Help!
