Open Society, Ultilitarian, We are not Islands
A person divorced from the natural environment, and from other people, must be effectively inanimate. We are not islands in a void, but parts of the world and human society. What we are as personalities is an input from our environment. Every personal value that exists relates to society and the world in general. If we were truly free, we would be dead. To treat the Open Society or Utilitarianism as simple opposites to authoritarian society is inadequate. The question is how the benefits of society are shared, or divided, or imposed on people.

@RW Standing,
total bullshit, it is obvious that u created a shape of a story to fit an argument about smthg else u have in mind
while fixin ends is worse then inventin nonexisting reality in evil knowledge reference

open moron is not to smthg otherwise that smthg is real and not openess

u cant handle truth knowledge u should shut up forever, truth is the answser so reality is always above u, u cant moron insist on meanin reality by limitin it under ur eyes

while islands are clearly heavens symbol, out of the right concept to isolate always smthg that can b objectively real with all

it itchs u in depth when u see rights, i guess u feel the wall that could fall on ur head to break it as an inferior wrong thing

yes rights are objective while u cant even mean one of ur letters being really present with u

No man is an island, entire unto itself.
Each man is a part of the continent, a piece of the main.
If a clod be washed away,Europe is the less.
Each man's death diminishes me, for I am involved in mankind.
Therefore send not to ask for whom the bell tolls --
It tools for thee!

John Donne
(quoted from memory; I know Donne's original spelling was more irregular)

Prior to Nazi-uprising......

When they came for the communists, I was not a communist.
So did not speak.
When they came for the socialists, I was not a socialist.
So did not speak.
When they came for the trade-unionists, I was not a trade-unionist.
So did not speak.
When they came for Me..................
There was no-one left to speak.......for me...
