It won't go away. Used Hijack this... please, can somebody tell me what to fix?

Same problem
I have the same thing going on. Please help. I ran adaware and its still there.

Want to get rid of offer optimizer this is what seems to have worked for me so far. open your web home page such as msn, go to tools, go to internet options, go to privacy tab up top, go to sites install block on optimizer, so far so good hope same for you Steve
