If possible, I would like to know the details on the legality of smoking potpourri, specifically, down 2 earth potpourri, in new jersey. If I am questioned by a police officer and/or caught in the act of smoking potpourri, what should and shouldn't I say/be aware of?

Don't tell them the potpourri has a patchouli oil scent.
When they ask, you should be aware of what size straight jacket you wear so they get the fit correct.
