Is the trust of the American people in the Supreme Court eroded, and if so, is it further eroded by his decision?
My opinion is that Scalia thinks so highly of himself that he would never be able to conceive that he could not rise about his bias in any case.
Besides if Scalia recused himself poor clarence would not know how to vote!
