Hi
My neighbor has more eyes than average.
The question is, on a scale of one to one hundred with one being 'close to never happens' and one hundred being 'close to unavoidable', how likely is it that one would have such a neighbor?

If there was an award for 'quick' you would be unbeatable.
However, as I was more interested in how people responded than what they answered the thought of 'what was wrong with a PM?' comes unbidden to my mind and mutes my applause just that tiny amount.
But all the same, astonishingly quick.

At least one person in the world has less than 2 eyes. Therefore the total average will be brought down under 2. It will be a very small amount under, but it is enough to make someone with 2 eyes above the average :O
