Is religion responsible for the opposition to peace in the Israel-Palestine conflict?

@Theo202,
Semites or Semitic people is a term for descendants of Shem (Sem) who speak (or spoke) the Semitic languages, such as Hebrew, Aramaic, Arabic, Amharic, Tigrinya, Tigre, and Maltese.

@The Anointed,
In the context of the transfer of European Jews to the Zionist state in Palestine, it's all about Judenhass, not the descendants of Shem.

@maxdancona,
It is racism. That is it. Zionist movement from the 191X years had people pouring into Palestine even before Nazi-Party or Hitler speeches. These people are European ( white ) manipulating resources and planting the flag no differently then what happen in Hawaii or India with the missionaries. Using god as a crutch to claim a right when it is really about business as usually. From genocide to making women infertile on purpose to abortions. It is no different then USA and post slavery. Racism. That is it.

Those so called leaders of Israel look more Eastern European. Even tele-aviv is not religious. If anything is all theatrical spectacles being displayed in front of you. A lie costing people lives

@PoliteMight,
Racism is what leftism calls "the truth."

The truth is there isn't really a Palestine. There are the Phillistines, which occupy the West Bank. But the "Palestines" are Muslims using a name to smokescreen themselves. As they do through history, claiming they are some oppressed race while they carry out invasions.

You're the one being racist. The Jews are an actual race. The "Palestinians" have never been.

@maxdancona,
The dispute over the land of Israel is not due to religion, but rather to the “Palestinian” Arab “Palestinian” Arab territorial ambitions.

The right of the Jewish people to their ancestral homeland of Israel is recognized in the noble Quran.

Referring to the Bible where it talks about the Jewish people being given the land of Canaan by Allah / God, the noble Quran recognizes that the Land of Israel is given by Allah / God to the Jewish people, saying:

Sura (chapter) “Al-Maaida” [“The Table” or “The Table Spread with Food”] 5:21:

“O my people! Enter the holy land which Allah hath assigned unto you,
and turn not back ignominiously, for then will ye be overthrown, to your own ruin.”

The context from which the extract from the Quran is taken supports that recognition (for example, the previous verse 20 mentions Moses); and if someone alleges that it does not, then the reader should expect them to be able to explain that.

One example of where the noble Quran mentions kings of Israel:

Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow) 2:251:
Imam Iskender Ali Mihr:

“So they routed them by Allah’s Leave and David (Dâvûd) killed Goliath and Allah gave him (David) the kingdom (after the death of Saul) and the Wisdom, and taught him of that which He willed. And were it not for Allah’s repelling some men with others, the earth would indeed be full of mischief but Allah is full of Virtues upon the worlds.”

"people who believe the Jewish scriptures that God gave the land to them and so it is exclusively theirs."

For those who do not recognize Jewish Scriptures and the previous Jewish soverign states in the land of Israel recorded in it, they might then consider the post-Biblical Jewish Hasmonean Kingdom. It included what is now referred to as the “West Bank”, Gaza, and Golan Heights. Capital (what is now East) Jerusalem / “Old City”; between 110 BCE / 754 BH and 63 BCE / 706 BH - Map:
