Unfortunately, I don't believe you'll be able to get a simple answer to that. W2K server as a domain controller has a lot to configure. You need to start reading & learning like others here who can help you have done. You'll need to promote the machine to a DC, configure the IP address, install and configure DNS, possibly configure Forwarders in DNS to allow Internet access, configure the client machines with proper DNS settings, configure sites and subnets in Active Directory etc, etc. In other words, it's a bit complicated to explain here.
