I just got back from Costco where I bought a for real prime rib roast to cook for my boys on Valentine's Day.

Did you ever take the rib roast cooking plunge, jcboy? How did it turn out?

That he did! And the population of Pinellas County felt the vibration across the bridge all the way to Tampa when he stomped his foot and vowed to delete this site from his favorites.

All kidding aside, he did make his prime rib, saw it posted on facebook, looked delicious.
