I wonder if this problem is common. I have a Mac and work in MS Word 2001. So does my editor. I have a Hotmail account, she has an AOL one. When I try and send her documents, they contain all sorts of gobbledygook as well as the original text. Very occasionally, they work fine, and there is no obvious reason for that.
WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS!? WE'RE GOING CRAZY AND WE HAVE A BOOK TO GET PUBLISHED!
